Club Rules
Body: Scalextric Commodore or Falcon
Scalex Commodores and Falcons, Resin or printed bodies of other cars are acceptable ie Volvo,Mustang,Mercedes or Nissan. Supercar Mustang or Camaro bodies are also acceptable. If someone wants to paint a different livery on a Scalex body, that will be fine.
I'd prefer as close to genuine liveries as possible, but poetic licence would be accepted.
Body posts may be trimmed.
Interior
Scalex Cars using black windows will not require an interior.
Clear windows are acceptable as long as a 3d vac formed interior is also fitted. Before I make any specific rule about car body weight I'd like to weigh the standard body with the black windows and a body with clear windows and vac form interior to see how much difference there is, if any.
VX Commodores and AU Falcons will qualify and if the driver chooses to use the original tyres that came with those vehicles, they will qualify, but upgrading the tyres to the ones standard on later releases is acceptable (and recommended).
Motor
Will be 18,000 RPM Scalex or Fly knurled shaft silver can motor only
Chassis
Must reflect original ?specification? as provided by the original manufacturer. (i.e. freewheeling front wheels or fixed as per original.) Front end may be modified to reduce axle ?float?. Chassis may be scrapped to provide clearance for the body to rock.

No other modifications permited.
If someone wants to try fitting an FG Falcon chassis to earlier Commodore or Falcon please discuss this first.
